How long does it take to get special order pickups?

Generally, orders placed on dimarzio.com leave our factory within two weeks of order submission (and often faster than that). Items in non-standard colors or configurations may take longer to leave our factory depending on production demand.

Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis, and larger orders may require additional lead times. Please contact us for further information on turnaround times if you require an item within a specific time frame.
